Return Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. The return of goods of good quality is carried out if its presentation (packaging, seals, labels, etc.), consumer properties are preserved, and there is also a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Goods (order form or cash receipt).

1.2. In case of return of the Goods of good quality, the cost of delivery of the Goods by the Seller to the Client is deducted from the refund amount. The Customer's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods to the Seller are not compensated.

1.3. In case of refusal of the Goods, if it is part of the set, the return is carried out only as a complete set.

1.4. In order to return the Goods or exchange the defective Goods for a similar one, the Client sends the relevant Application to the Customer Support Service of MEK+MEK LLC at zgorsever@gmail.com.

1.5. Consideration of the Application and refund of funds are made within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Application, but not earlier than the return of the defective Goods by the Client.

1.6. Refunds are made at the expense of the Seller no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at the Seller's warehouse, subject to prior confirmation of the acceptance of the Return Application.

1.7. Refunds are made:

- by transferring funds according to the details of the Client;

- by transferring funds to the Client's bonus account

- by returning to the plastic card with which the payment was made on the site.

1.8. In case of non-cash payment, the return of funds to the Client is carried out only after confirmation of the acceptance of the Application for return by the Seller within 10 days from the date of receipt of the Goods. To return money for the Goods by the method used by you when paying for it (if it is not a plastic card), you need to contact the Customer Support Service at zgorsever@gmail.com.

2. Return / exchange of goods of good quality

2.1. The Customer has the right to refuse the Goods at any time before receiving them. Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the Goods, the Client has the right to return the Goods of good quality if the following conditions have been met by the Client:

• Preservation of the appearance of the Goods (packaging, seals, labels, etc.).

• The item has not been used.

• Preservation of consumer properties of goods.

• Availability of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product (order form or cash receipt).

2.2. The Client needs to fill out a Return Application and send it to the Customer Support Service at the email address zgorsever@gmail.com. The application will be considered, after which the Client will receive confirmation of acceptance of the Application for a refund.

2.3. After receiving confirmation of the consideration of the Application for return, the Client must send the relevant Goods to the Seller using postal delivery (postal address: 1207, Armenia, Gegharkunik village, Isahakyan street 3, "MEK+MEK" LLC). When returning Goods of good quality, delivery is carried out at the expense of the Client.

2.4. If the Goods were transferred in violation of the terms of the contract on the quantity, assortment, completeness, the Client is obliged to notify the Seller of these violations no later than 20 days after receiving the Goods.

3. Return / exchange of goods of inadequate quality

3.1. The term for the return or exchange of defective Goods is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods.

3.2. The Client needs to send the Customer Support Service to the email address zgorsever@gmail.com an Application for the return or exchange of the Goods of inadequate quality. The application will be considered, after which the Client will receive a confirmation of acceptance of the application. Claims for the replacement and compensation of defective items are considered after the submission of photographs of the marriage.

3.3. Further, the Client must send the relevant Goods to the Seller using postal delivery

3.4. In the event that the return of the Goods of inadequate quality by the Client was carried out by mail, the Client's expenses for the return shipment of the Goods are compensated by the Seller. Therefore, the Client needs to send a scanned receipt by e-mail to the address zgorsever@gmail.com, confirming the Client's expenses related to sending the Goods by mail.

4. Grounds for refusal to accept a claim.

4.1. MEK+MEK LLC does not consider or accept claims in relation to the Goods that have signs of use, including (but not limited to) damage to the external or internal appearance (scratches, knocked off corners, torn or dirty pages), broken or split parts, deformation or falling out of the book block, in the event that the damage specified in this paragraph was revealed after the transfer of the Goods to the Client. An employee of MEK + MEK LLC or the Courier, before returning the money for the Goods, inspect the returned Goods for damage that occurred after the transfer of the Goods to the Client.

4.2. In case of detection of the above traces of use, the Application (Claim) of the Client is not satisfied, the funds are not returned.

*You acknowledge and agree that your appeal to the operator service of LLC "MEK + MEK" to place an Order is a confirmation of your voluntary agreement with all the Rules for the return of goods listed above.
